Privacy
Client data is encrypted during transmission and on our servers. Each user account is encrypted using its own unique key. Access is controlled through a variety of systems, each with their own strong user administration, authentication and security processes. Network traffic is also encrypted and daily backups are transferred off site automatically using 256-bit AES encryption.
Security
Data security is a priority for WatchMyCompetitor, with our secure platform keeping your organisation’s data safe. All our data is processed within the European Economic Area and we do not hold personally identifiable information on our customers.
Operations
WatchMyCompetitor processing takes place in our state of the art data centre in the Netherlands. We use the latest technology to guarantee powerful performance, availability and reliability. The facility has the highest levels of security, with a high security perimeter and limited access to pre approved personnel.
Compliance
WatchMyCompetitor performs vulnerability testing to review security and inform management. In addition, we regularly review access rights to the WMC platform and systems.
